He began by addressing ARMYs warmly, saying, “Hello ARMYs, is the year ending warmly for you all? I’m relieved that the weather hasn’t turned too cold yet. It’s been a while since I’ve connected with ARMYs through a song. Preparing the duet with Hyo Shin hyung, whom I deeply admire, and a carol with the legendary Bing Crosby, brings back such delightful memories. And now, suddenly, it’s already December.”
Shifting to the devastating news, V shared, “The real reason I’m writing this is because Yeontan recently started his long journey to doggy heaven. I’ve spent a lot of time wondering how to share this, but I felt it was only right to let ARMYs, who have showered him with love, know. If you could think of Yeontan from time to time, it would mean the world to me, so he can feel joy in his heavenly home. I hope you can use this season to remind your loved ones how much you care about them. Please stay healthy until the day we meet again. I love you all and thank you so much.”
In addition to his heartfelt words, V posted a carousel of cherished moments with Yeontan on his Instagram feed, a touching tribute to the bond they shared and the love Yeontan brought into his life.
